Bio: Stephanie Lum
Stephanie Lum is known for her somatic slow flow vinyasa style of teaching. Her practice is rooted in a combination of hatha, kundalini, qi gong and dahn yoga. Over the last 15 years, Stephanie has found yoga to be the most powerful way to develop and maintain physical vitality, mental clarity and a joyful engagement with life. She helps to guide, support, and empower her students to build strength, balance, and flexibility from the inside out, through creative and playful exploration. Highly inspired by the metaphysical benefits and applied practices of traditional Chinese medicine and ayurveda, Stephanie’s goal is to bring together the fields of the mind, body and beyond. Thus, the body is the vehicle for physical, spiritual, and psychological freedom. She is also a certified Ancient Thai massage therapist.
