Bio: Charlotte Blake
Charlotte’s pilates classes are designed to be a subtle yet deep core and full body strengthening experience with results. “I challenge my clients and students by giving full body sessions that require thoughtfulness and hard work.”
Charlotte is a personal trainer, dancer, and cardio sculpt, cycling, and pilates instructor with her pilates certification from the Kane School of Core Integration. She has a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase and has been teaching dance and fitness classes while working as a trainer ever since.
Happy to be pursuing her passion, Charlotte works with people of all ages to better their strength, confidence, well being, and body awareness. “My classes and sessions are very holistically based and very much about working correctly and efficiently”.
