Bio: Kenzie Pause
MacKenzie Pause began her yoga journey 12 years ago, where she fell in love at first Om. Sharing this beautiful practice seemed natural so MacKenzie attended teacher training at Red Sun Yoga in Orlando, Florida where she also received further training in Thai Yoga Therapy.
Her background in music led to a passion to experiment with Nada (sound) yoga. Attending various workshops for Sound Therapy allowed an inspiration to incorporate the power of music and yoga. As the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls made their way into her yoga classes, so did the music of The Beatles.
Before moving to Brooklyn, she combined her love of music and yoga developing All You Need Is Love (www.allyouneedisloveyoga.com), a flow class choreographed to the music of The Beatles. The success of the class both in Florida and New York inspired One Love, reggae yoga.
Recently MacKenzie added kids yoga to her training and found a new layer of yoga to love.
MacKenzie’s style spans from traditional Hatha to Vinyasa with attention to alignment and breath. Music and humor work together with a lighthearted approach to make all practitioners from the novice to the experienced feel secure and comfortable in every class.
All we are saying is give peace a chance.
