Bio: Sara Little
Sara teaches Vinyasa yoga – a flowing, powerful, breath-centered practice – in open classes and private sessions. She practices Mysore Ashtanga daily with Eddie Stern, and continues to deepen her knowledge by studying Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra.
Her vision is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable. To practice yoga is to transform your relationship with awareness and observe the world with more openness. As Judith Lasater says in Living Your Yoga, “practice, then, can be understood as a willingness to return to the reality of this very moment, that is, to observe with dispassion and clarity exactly what is—right now.”
