Summer Seaweed Salad!
I am trying to increase my calcium intake (important for all of you yogi ladies who are very active!) and found out that seaweed is a super source. It has more than ten times as much calcium as milk! So, in my experiments with how to use it I came up with this deelicious combo that was so good I thought it was only right to share it.
Summer Seaweed Salad Recipe
In a bowl mix:
-Wakame Seaweed (Bought dry, simply soak in warm water for 5-10 mins, then stick in refrigerator to cool. A little goes a long way.)
-Sliced or shredded beets
-Dressing: Sesame oil, soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar.
