New pilates teacher!
While Charlotte’s away on an awesome “vay-cay”,
Welcome Talie Melnyk! She’ll be subbing our 4 – 5 pm Pilates for Yoga People class on July 7th and 14th.
Pilates for Yoga People:
Connect with your core and soar! Learn how to efficiently utilize your muscles and be amazed how your body begins to transform. Not just an exercise class, this intelligent style of movement will be the perfect compliment to your yoga practice and will help you find ease in those sometimes tricky inversion and balancing poses. This class is an open level, whole body experience that leaves the student feeling challenged and balanced. Focusing on finding one’s center, proper alignment, and efficient movement, awaken the body and mind, heighten awareness, and build whole body strength.
Talie Melnyk is an artist and triathlete certified in Pilates, Spinning and Personal Training. She works with new moms and moms to be, older adults and anyone looking to improve their health and fitness from the inside out. Talie is really excited to be working at Sanga Yoga Shala!
