September/October Newbie Program
New to Yoga?
This class will offer you a comprehensive overview of the necessary building blocks needed to set the foundation for a lifelong yoga practice. Designed just for yoga newbies, we cover all the fundamentals. With the guidance of a teacher sensitive to the needs of beginner students, explore the possibilities yoga offers by learning the basic postures, breathing techniques, etiquette and philosophy in an easy to understand format.
We recommend this series as a prequel to the basics class on our regular class schedule.
The program takes place over 6 consecutive weeks.
Next Session: 6 Wednesdays, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21
