For those of you who are up every day at the crack of dawn, late-night partying on a school night isn’t always an option. But late-night yoga? That might be something to consider.

Sangha Yoga Shala (107 North 3rd St between Berry St and Wythe Ave, No. 2H, Williamsburg, Brooklyn; 718-384-2097, sanghayoganyc.com), which also specializes in rope wall yoga, hosts a $35 after-dark series every Monday and Wednesday night from 9:30–10:30pm. Your jam-packed, round-the-clock schedule could probably use an intermediary between slaving at the desk and hitting the sack—anyone who claims that the subway is an effective place to unwind is full of it.

Instructor Roger Kuhn (pictured), a certified massage therapist, uses his knowledge of the body to help attendees locate areas of tension and achieve greater release. The vinyasa class includes breath-focused sequences and some freestyle movement. By the time you get home, you’ll be gliding, not crawling, into that bed.
