Prenatal Yoga with Leah Matthews
Our Prenatal Yoga classes provide a warm, supportive environment for new and experienced moms to learn and grow together in a peaceful, safe environment. Prenatal Yoga strengthens the body for birth and will help it to bounce back with ease while enjoying your new bundle of joy. The practice will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, increasing circulation and alleviating common discomfort as your body adjusts for the growing child. The movement and breathing exercises learned will help to digestive discomfort, swelling and back pain while allowing you to enjoy the journey of motherhood with ease and grace
Postnatal Yoga Fusion with Leah Matthews
Our Postnatal Yoga classes provide a calm and centered space for moms to come together, share experiences and build community. Our movement will focus on rebuilding abdominal and pelvic strength, opening the chest and releasing tension in the back, neck and shoulders. This class incorporates elements of traditional yoga poses, restorative yoga, meditation and breath-work, as well as core strengthening exercises and pilates to build strength, and realign the structure of the body.
