Mango Avocado Salad
Here is an easy recipe for a delicious summer fruit salad. There are many variations to this recipe, including the addition of crab, shrimp, scallops, grapefruit, arugula or candied walnuts, so play with what you have in the kitchen!
You will need:
2 Ripe Mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 Large Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Tangerine Juice
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Cilantro Leaves
1 Tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
Hand mix all of the ingredients and serve immediately.
